Get ready for your spring and summer season with a training program tailored to your specific needs.

With workout options from one to six days a week, you are sure to find a program tailored specifically to the skills you want to continue to develop. Our workout program is based on Division 1 college and professional programs. All of the teams our coaching staff have played on or coached with have always trained 5-6 hours a day. They have designed this program with developing to reach your maximum potential in mind.

We offer three different options for training package memberships:
Arm Strength and Lifting: $250/month – 4 days a week
Lifting and Hitting: $250/month – 4 days a week
All-Inclusive: $350/month – 6 days a week (or as many days as you would like to be there)

Workouts run Monday – Saturday all spring.

Monday: Lifting & Hitting
Tuesday: Lifting & Arm Strength
Wednesday: Hitting, Speed, Infield Defense, Pitcher’s Bullpen & Catcher Defense
Thursday: Lifting & Arm Strength
Friday: Lifting & Hitting
Saturday: Arm Strength, Speed, Infield Defense & Catcher Defense
Sunday: Off
